Music Video
In 2024 for my Art Direction Class, We had an assignment to make a short film. I have always written songs ever since I was young, and taught myself guitar a few years prior to have a more transportable way to take music with me. I decided this was the opportunity to make a passion project of mine, and so here is my original song, produced, directed, edited and starring me. Presenting - "Bitter" The Music Video.
Texas Creative Application
The 2023 application to get into The University of Texas elite program 'Texas Creative,' was to respond to the prompt What's The Point? It had to be done on a flat, blank piece of paper that was one sided.
So I decided to expand the story - I experimented with different red and blue hues so that when you put on the red tinted glasses, you can see the scenes underneath. I also created custom glasses with two red lenses out of 3-D ones to go along with the story.
The application content itself follows two sisters where the oldest rediscovers her childlike sense of wonder, and we get to see their bond. The story is based off of my own experience growing up with my little sister.
